Information about the processing of your data

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly adhere to the statutory provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Austrian Data Protection Act as amended. In the following we will inform you comprehensively and transparently about the processing of your personal data by us as the responsible organization. Processing and forwarding of personal data

The term “processing” encompasses all handling of personal data, such as its collection, ordering, storage, transmission, modification, deletion and final destruction.

If you provide us with personal data, we will process this data for the purpose communicated to you when the data was collected. In this case, we will usually obtain your consent beforehand. The transfer to third parties will then only take place to the extent that is covered by your consent. In individual cases, we may also be legally obliged or entitled to process your personal data due to our overriding interests. We will make this transparent to you as far as possible. Deletion of the personal data processed by us

Your personal data will be deleted by us as soon as there is no longer any reason for further processing or storage. To ensure this, we regularly delete all old data. In addition, you can of course request the deletion of your data at any other point in time (see below under “Rights of data subjects”). If we are legally obliged to store your data (e.g. due to tax regulations), it will be deleted after this statutory retention period has expired.

Rights of data subjects / your rights to protect your personal data

You have a number of rights with regard to your personal data processed by us. You can assert all these rights informally (by e-mail, telephone or post), if necessary after proving your identity, at the address given below. Your rights in detail:

  • Right to information: You can informally request information about the data processed by us at any time. In this case we will inform you in writing which data we have saved about you, for which purposes we use them, to which categories of recipients we pass them on and how long we intend to save them. We will respond to your request for information immediately, but no later than within one month.
     

  • Right to deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your data processed by us informally at any time. We will comply with this request if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose of collection, if you revoke any existing consent, in the event of unlawful data processing or if the deletion is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation.
     

  • Right to correction: If we erroneously process incorrect or incomplete data about you, we will of course correct it. An informal application addressed to us is sufficient.
     

  • Right to restriction of processing: If the deletion of your data is not possible or if you do not want this, but you do not consent to use beyond the storage of the data, we are obliged to continue processing your data upon your request restrict personal data.
     

  • Right to data portability: We will provide you with the data we have stored about you, which we have received on the basis of your consent, free of charge in a common file format upon your informal request. We will respond to your application immediately, but no later than within one month.
     

  • Right to object: In certain cases, according to the General Data Protection Regulation, you also have the right to object to further processing of your data. Since we are not currently processing any data in our organization for which the right to object is due, we would like to refer you to the right to erasure or the right to restriction of processing (see above).
     

Right to complain
 

The EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Austrian Data Protection Act guarantee you the above-mentioned rights in the area of data protection. If you believe that one of these rights has been violated by our organization, you have the opportunity to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria, the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Wickenburggasse 8, 1080 Vienna, is responsible for this. Claims against us to which you are entitled on the basis of other legal bases remain unaffected.

When you visit our online presence on the Facebook platform, Facebook Ireland Ltd. as the operator of the platform in the EU processes user data (e.g. personal information, IP address, etc.).

This user data is used for statistical information about the use of our company presence on Facebook. Linking to social media via graphic or text link

We also advertise presences on the social networks listed below on our website. The integration takes place via a linked graphic of the respective network. The use of this linked graphic prevents that when a website that has a social media application is called up, a connection is automatically established to the respective server of the social network in order to display a graphic of the respective network itself. The user is only forwarded to the service of the respective social network by clicking on the corresponding graphic.

After the user has been forwarded, information about the user is recorded by the respective network. It cannot be ruled out that the data collected in this way will not be processed  Data takes place in the USA.

Initially, this includes data such as the IP address, date, time and the page visited. If the user is logged into their user account of the respective network during this time, the network operator can, if necessary, assign the information collected from the specific visit of the user to the personal account of the user.
